Expanding Our Diet
I am trying to expand our diet a little. I just bought some salmon on a whim and realized when I got home that I didn't have the slightest idea what to do with it. I called Livia and she gave me some ideas for how to cook it, but if anyone else has a wonderful recipe for salmon I would love to try it. I am also looking for a good recipe for homemade salsa. Please let me know of any ideas that any of you have. Thank you!
