Christmas With The Lopers #1

Stephen's family does a gingerbread house every year for Christmas. Until this year I had only ever done the graham cracker knock-off kind, which is actually totally different than working with actual gingerbread. We had been given the pattern for the Loper gingerbread several years ago, but this is the first year I felt brave enough to attempt it. It turned out really good and I am extremely proud of myself for doing it. Stephen decorated the vast majority of the house, I was in charge of the roof and the landscape. It was a lot of fun and I am sure it will become a yearly tradition for our little family.





Charlie snuck the gingerbread candy cane yesterday and I didn't notice until it was practically all gone. He can be so sneaky at times!
